How we work

Firstly, contact Nicole Snyder on 0417 011 968 to discuss your brief. Feel free to e-mail some information or examples of your written material.

We will get to know you and your objectives, ask questions about your project, determine what has and hasn't worked in the past and respond quickly with confirmation and a fixed quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date they are sent. New clients may be asked for a 50% deposit prior to commencement.

Work will start when you've sent written approval to proceed. We present a draft in line with your timeframe and use your feedback to make final adjustments and complete the piece.

If required, we can manage a project on your behalf or introduce you to professionals in our network to complete other elements such as graphic design, printing and photography.

We can work for clients outside Australia and have additional contact methods including Skype, instant messenger and YouSendIt for file transfer and communication in your timezone.
