How we work

We will take the time to get to know you and your circumstances, understand your objectives, determine what has and hasn't worked in the past and respond quickly with a strategy and fixed quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date they are sent.

An invoice will be submitted following your approval to proceed and presentation of the first draft will be in line with the timeframe we agree. Your feedback will be incorporated into the final version within 24 hours of receipt. You will receive original documents in the electronic format of your choice with full editing rights.

We can work for clients outside Australia and have additional contact methods including Skype, instant messenger and YouSendIt for file transfer and communication in your timezone.
