Q What are proofreading and copy editing?
A These are the two processes between creation and the finished product. Proofreading is checking copy for accuracy of punctuation, spelling and other technical components of the document. Copy editing takes an overall view of document structure, readability, grammar and consistency. In another way, proofreading is like weeding the garden and copy editing is being satisfied with the landscaping.

Q Is your work guaranteed?
A In a sense, yes. We will ask the right questions and request samples to get to know your business, objectives and style before we accept an assignment. Our communication is thorough and we do not present the finished article until you have provided feedback on a draft. This reduces the risk of unhappiness from our side and yours.

Q How will you handle my confidential information?
A Every piece of information is treated in confidence and is not used for any purpose except completion of the assignment. We will sign confidentiality agreements prior to accepting assignments if this is your normal practice.

Q Do you accept assignments outside Australia?
